As we all know, Fall and Winter in Austin Texas is not too bad. However, we do get our rainy weekends now and again, so it's good to talk about what happens with a bouncer in the rain. The answer is, it gets wet. We come out rain or shine provided there is no lightning and thunder or high winds. All of our equipment is "outdoor rated" so rain and precipitation will not be a detriment. The rental units are completely safe, wet or dry, and so are the participants using them.

Our Rain Policy allows our customers to cancel upon delivery due to rain or bad weather with no penalty. If you've prepaid, you get 100% of your money back.

Introducing our brand new Candy Shack Candy Land 4-in-1 Combo in close-up raw form! This fanciful unit is 37 feet long and 15 feet wide; it's our largest combo. The Candy Shack Combo features a double slide for twice the fun, and a 3 mode landing area (water for Summer, ball pit for off-season, or nothing at all). Austin Bounce House Rentals - Great Customer Setups End of November 2016

Here are some cool (and I mean that literally) customer setups from November. Actually, the cooler weather makes it much more comfortable for the kids bouncing around in the moonwalks :)

As the wet weather heads our way, it's time to talk about our awesome "No Risk Rain Guarantee". Below is the actual policy as stated in our charter:

"WE DELIVER RAIN OR SHINE PROVIDED THERE IS NO LIGHTNING & THUNDER OR HIGH WINDS. YOU HAVE UNTIL THE DRIVER ARRIVES ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE DUE TO RAIN OR INCLEMENT WEATHER AT NO CHARGE OR PENALTY. ANY PREPAYMENTS MADE CAN BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE EVENT OR FULLY REFUNDED."

Essentially, we encourage our customers to procrastinate and wait it out due to the less than reliable forecasting in the Greater Austin area (sorry Meteorologists, just sayin').

In this video, we feature our Candy Shack Candy Land Combo which has a full sized moonwalk attached to a full sized double slide with landing area (optional balls can be added or water in Summer), a dual climber and a basketball hoop. A truly incredibly cool piece that is perfect for most occasions where kids will be involved!
